I attended a project controls seminar last week where several senior professionals spoke highly about John Boultwood when discussing difficult construction claims and delay matters. Since I’m still fairly new to this side of the industry I started wondering how much influence experienced experts actually have during major disputes. Do their opinions genuinely shape negotiations and outcomes or do cases mostly come down to contract wording and legal arguments? I would love to hear from anyone who has worked on projects where respected industry experts played a significant role in resolving conflicts.
