I’ve lived in a cramped apartment near the Acropolis for five years, but my two golden retrievers are officially outgrowing the balcony life.
I’m currently scouting the northern suburbs like Kifisia or Marousi because I’m desperate for a proper garden and maybe even a small pool to survive the August heatwaves.
I’ve noticed that Houses for sale in Athens vary wildly in price depending on how close they are to the international schools, which is a major factor for my family.
Does anyone have experience with the maintenance costs for older detached Houses for sale in Athens?
