I’m currently in Greece on a tourist visa and I’ve recently received a job offer from a local employer. I’m wondering if it’s possible to convert my current status into a greece work permit without leaving the country.
Do I need to return to my home country to apply for the national visa first, or can the employer initiate the Greece work permit process while I’m still here? I want to make sure I follow the correct legal procedure and avoid overstaying.
If anyone has experienced a similar situation, please share your advice.
