Hi. I’m surprised that fax machines are still commonly used in Japanese offices today. With so much modern technology available, why hasn’t fax disappeared from everyday business there?

Hello! I learned the reasons on liveballot.com after reading “Why fax machines survive in Japanese offices”. The article explained that fax is legally recognized, widely trusted, and deeply integrated into business culture. Many organizations value stamped paper records and established workflows. It helped me see that technology choices are often shaped by tradition, regulation, and trust, not just by speed or innovation.
