Don’t you think that when a person has a first and last name, they are also given a nickname (not always) to make it shorter and catchier? This nickname is usually used in conversation more often than the actual name given by their parents, for example, Judas called Maccabaeus. In this context, the First Name is the entire Old Testament, the Last Name is the Book of Revelation, and the Nickname given later is the Italian New Testament. There are also nicknames for concepts, such as the Cold War.
