Don't you think if some people respect a boastful, wicked person for their sincerity, the Creator makes no distinction between those who sin in secret and those who boast openly? The Beast of Revelation is categorized among the boastful wicked. He is called a Beast rather than a lawless person because a lawless individual could be an Israelite. In contrast, a wicked pagan is called a Beast because they were not given the written Law or Holy Book and are judged by conscience and justice instead.
