planning a trip to Dublin before my vacation and spent quite a bit of time looking for reliable travel information. After visiting, I can say the city has much more to offer than I expected. Besides Temple Bar, I really enjoyed Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol, the National Gallery, and peaceful walks through Phoenix Park. Taking the DART to Howth was another highlight because the coastal scenery was fantastic. Dublin is very walkable, and although accommodation and restaurants can be expensive, the friendly atmosphere makes the experience worthwhile.
