I've been to so many garages over the years where they just hand you a bill and say "fixed it" without showing you anything or answering questions. My 2013 Grand Cherokee needed new wheel bearings and I was dreading the whole process again. A buddy recommended a place in Mussafah and said it's a Trusted Jeep Workshop Abu Dhabi where the mechanics actually take the time to show you the worn parts on the lift and explain why something failed. I went there last week and honestly it was such a refreshing change. The guy pointed out that my passenger side bearing was completely shot and even showed me the play in the wheel. He didn't try to sell me on extra work, just did what was needed at a fair price and had it ready the next morning. For someone like me who doesn't know much about cars but wants to feel confident that I'm not being ripped off, that kind of transparency means everything. Just wanted to throw that out there in case anyone else is tired of feeling clueless at repair shops.
