General
SubMeet does not control the direct transfer of SubMeet Credits between users (when a user sends some (or all) of his credits to another user). If you are unsure about the security of your profile and fear SubMeet Credit theft (if they can hack your SubMeet account), you can entrust the protection of your credits to us. We will zero out your balance of credits (wholly or partially, indicating the number of credits) after you send a message through the chat dialogue to the SubMeet Administrator / Admin. You can recover your credits anytime by verifying your identity with a selfie and a special code. As part of the initial protection process, we will ask you to take a selfie with a special code (You must send a selfie photo via the messaging chat dialogue (And when giving credits to us for protection, and when getting credits back)).
Community Feedback and Discussion
Credit safety is a top priority for all of us. We're already working on ways to make SubMeet even more secure, but we value your input. Here's a new idea we're considering: A temporary safekeeping option where you can entrust credits to us while maintaining the ability to recover them.
What do you think? Would this feature be useful? Are there other measures you'd like to see implemented? Let's hear your ideas!
Sincerely, SubMeet
