Over the last few years it’s been “I wanna be sedated” by the Ramones.

I have no idea why.

Possibly better than when I had the opening bars to Clapton’s “cocaine” stuck in my head and said “I’m going mad, I’ve got cocaine on the brain” at work, no less.

When a song gets stuck in your head, creating a short looped video or animation using Alight Motion Templates can turn that catchy tune into a fun visual clip to share with friends.

Songs get stuck in your head because a short hook, beat, or lyric keeps repeating without you even noticing. It happens a lot with viral clips too, especially when artists or internet personalities like lil tay erome become part of trending edits, reaction videos, or short-form content that people hear again and again.

Sometimes the only way to get rid of an earworm is to listen to the full song once, switch to something completely different, or turn the loop into a funny video like the Alight Motion comment suggests.
